Did you all in the DC area see the space shuttle? I had completely forgotten about it until I was on my way to the post office.  People were talking about it on the radio, and my immediate thought was “oh crap, of course I forgot.”  Then it flew right in front of me, so I got to see it after all.  Totally serendipitous and truly awesome.
